How our e-waste service works
We are not a recycling plant ourselves. We act as your single point of contact: we review your equipment, buy back anything with resale value, and connect the rest to authorised recyclers we work with — so your team deals with one company instead of several.
- Share your list — send us the number and type of devices (laptops, desktops, brands, condition).
- Assessment — we identify which machines can be bought back or refurbished and which are genuine e-waste.
- Buyback for working machines — devices with resale value go through our corporate laptop buyback, so you get paid for them instead of scrapping them.
- Disposal through an authorised recycler — end-of-life equipment is handed over to an authorised e-waste recycler.
- Disposal certificate — you receive the recycler’s disposal certificate for your audit and compliance records.

Do you recycle e-waste yourselves?
No. We arrange disposal through authorised e-waste recyclers. We coordinate the process for you and hand over the recycler’s disposal certificate.
Will I get a disposal certificate?
Yes. For equipment sent for recycling, you receive the disposal certificate issued by the recycler.
Can you buy our old laptops instead of scrapping them?
Yes. Working and repairable laptops usually have resale value. We assess them first through our corporate laptop buyback service and only route true end-of-life devices to e-waste.
Is this service for individuals too?
Our e-waste service is aimed at companies. Individuals with a single old laptop can contact us to check whether it can be bought, repaired or refurbished.
What is the minimum quantity?
We typically handle company batches from 10 devices upwards, up to around 1,000. Contact us if your quantity is different.
